Tigmin Zaraba is a traditional kasbah style house just 20 minutes drive from Marrakech and 5 minutes from Samanah Golf and Country Club. There is one double en suite room and 1 twin room making the property ideal for families. Up to 6 people can be accommodated, with 2 people sleeping in the traditional lounge. There is also a kitchen and family bathroom.

 

The house is set in 5 acres of olive and fruit trees. The owner's have their own home within the grounds, but do their utmost to ensure that you are not disturbed at all during your stay, although will generally be on hand to answer any queries you may have. The grounds are completely walled and there are no immediate neighbours, making it an ideal place to relax. Enjoy stunning views of the Atlas mountains during the daytime and Marrakech lit up at night time. There is a private roof terrace, ideal for soaking up the African sun during the day or stargazing at night. The garden is planted mainly with olive and fruit trees, however there are also many other trees and plants. Help yourself to fruit straight from the trees when in season. There are some farmyard animals including chickens, guinea fowl, turkeys, sheep, goats, rabbits and peacocks.

 

The swimming pool is available between April and October and is for your own private use.

 

Tigmin Zaraba is an ideal base for exploring Marrakech and the region. Visit the stunning Ourika Valley in the foothills of the High Atlas. Further on is the village of Imlil at the base of Jebel Toubkal, the highest mountain in North Africa. It is also very easy to make a trip to the small port town of Essaouira and have a day on the beach.
