• Minimum stay 2 nights
• There is no charge for children under 2 years old at the time of the stay
• Payment is made by bank transfer/deposit into a UK bank account
• A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking along with booking form
• A £100 (120 Euro) breakages deposit is payable on arrival.  This will be returned to you on departure providing no damage or breakages have occured to the property, fixtures or fittings.
